The dining room has a large rectangular table that seats eight to ten. Adjacent to the dining area is a sitting room. It is the perfect place to unwind after a long day at the beach or on the links. It has a curved couch, two swivel chairs and a decorative marble surround fireplace. There is a desk nearby which could be set up as a computer workspace and includes Alexa. Next to the desk is a nook area featuring a zoned stereo system, multi-disc CD player, WIFI and a wine cooler. This home also includes a laundry room just off the kitchen. Sixteen steps up the stairs leads to one of the master suites- the only room on the second floor of this home. Views of the lagoon and golf course from the pool and patio are beautiful from morning coffee to evening sunsets. The patio includes lounges and seating for 8-10 people and a gas grill, perfect for family gatherings.
