This corner unit boasts natural light from numerous windows, illuminating the pristine interior of this 1800-square-foot townhome! The home is fully furnished offering in unit laundry with detergents and bathrooms stocked with overnight essentials. A two-car garage and the neighborhood’s ample guest parking for boats, RVs, and trailers will give you and your guests all the space to come and go as you please!
Start your day sitting on our patio watching the sun rise over the red rock backdrop. We have a drip and Keurig coffee maker and offer an assortment of teas and coffee with their accompaniment.
The open concept living space is a stylish place to relax after a day of adventure. The 58” smart TV will stream your favorite shows. The fiber speed wireless internet will support streaming and Zoom at the same time with unlimited usage.
When you grow hungry, don’t hesitate to head into the fully equipped kitchen! Create favorites or new dishes alike with ease utilizing the stainless steel appliances, ample cookware, crockpot, hand mixer, toaster, k-cup, and drip coffee makers. Our gas grill is great for burgers or steaks! Once everything is ready, gather around the 6-person dining table to savor the spread.
The master suite offers first floor living for those who do not want to climb stairs. The suite is equipped with a 48” Roku TV and desk. The private en-suite bathroom offers a walk-in shower and a spacious closet.
This home is set-up for a multi-family vacation with accommodations for all ages. There are board games for entertainment, a pack-n-play, and a high chair. All bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom, smart TV, and ceiling fans.
Our resort style neighborhood offers a lazy river, a heated pool with a 3 story water slide, a splash pad, two hot tubs, and two pickle ball courts. The amenities are open year round from 10am to 10pm and available on a first come basis.
