We are nestled in the picturesque red rocks of Southern Utah. Our resort style neighborhood offers a lazy river, pool with a water slide, 2 hot tubs, a splash pad, and 2 pickle ball courts. We are centrally located between all the attractions Southern Utah has to offer.
When you feel like heading into town, downtown St. George is 10 minutes away by car to enjoy fine eateries and shopping. Looking for something to do after dinner, catch a live performance at Tuacahn Center for the Arts which is only 20 minutes away.

This corner unit boasts natural light from numerous windows, illuminating the pristine interior of this 2,300-square-foot townhome! The home is tastefully decorated with modern neutral décor, and fully furnished from in unit laundry to bathrooms stocked with overnight essentials and hair dryers. A two-car garage, nearby guest parking, and nearby RV and boat parking will give you and your guests all the space to come and go as you please!
This home is set-up for a multi-family vacation with accommodations for all ages. The living room has a play area with toys sure to entertain little one. Candy Land, Uno, Farkle, and more games are in the tv console. There is a highchair attachment for the dining chairs, kid’s cutlery, dishes, and sippy cups are perfect for little hands. The toy box and board game are sure to entertain all ages!
The living room is a stylish space to relax after a day of adventure. Century Link fiber speed wireless internet will support streaming and Zoom at the same time with unlimited usage. Chill on the couch while streaming on the 70” flat-screen Smart TV.
When you grow hungry, don’t hesitate to head into the fully equipped kitchen! Create favorites or new dishes alike with ease utilizing the stainless steel appliances, ample cookware, a drip coffee maker, a toaster, and crockpot. Once everything is ready, gather around the 8-person dining table to savor the spread.
Both master suites offer 55” smart TVs, desks, and private en-suite bathrooms. The master bathrooms both offer a full stand-up shower and double sinks. One master bathroom has a separate garden bathtub.
Our resort style neighborhood offers a lazy river, a heated pool with a 3 story water slide, a splash pad, two hot tubs, and two pickle ball courts. The amenities are open year round from 10am to 10pm and available on a first come basis.
