Back inside you will find plenty of seating between the kitchen and dining rooms with 3 seats at the kitchen island and 8 chairs at the dining room table. There is also a beautiful dark wood desk with two ladder style book shelves. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a gas stove and two ovens. Off the kitchen is the laundry room equipped with a front loading washer and dryer. To the right of the living room is the master bedroom with a king bed, 50” Samsung TV and en-suite bath with a large single vanity, walk-in shower and large walk-in closet. There are sliding glass doors that lead out to the pool patio. The guest room has a queen bed, accent chair, 32” wall mounted TV and large closet. The shared guest bathroom has a single vanity and tub/shower combo. The second guest room has two twin beds and a 32” mounted TV.
