This adorable one story home is in a quiet, pretty neighborhood. Minutes to Harbour Town and a half mile to the beach!
As you enter this home you will first notice the beautiful hard wood flooring throughout and the open floor plan which is great for family gatherings and game or movie nights! The living room has a sofa, love seat, two cushioned rocking chairs, an accent chair and a 55” Samsung TV mounted on the wall. The doors lead to a spacious screened in porch overlooking the back yard and pool area. All of this backs up to wooded acreage providing additional backyard privacy.
Back inside you will find plenty of seating between the kitchen and dining rooms with 3 seats at the kitchen island and 8 chairs at the dining room table. There is also a beautiful dark wood desk with two ladder style book shelves. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a gas stove and two ovens. Off the kitchen is the laundry room equipped with a front loading washer and dryer.
To the right of the living room is the master bedroom with a king bed, 50” Samsung TV and en-suite bath with a large single vanity, walk-in shower and large walk-in closet. There are sliding glass doors that lead out to the pool patio. The guest room has a queen bed, accent chair, 32” wall mounted TV and large closet. The shared guest bathroom has a single vanity and tub/shower combo. The second guest room has two twin beds and a 32” mounted TV.

For shopping and dining experiences though, Harbour Town in Sea Pines Resort or Shelter Cove Towne Centre are recommended spots featuring an array of shops, restaurants and entertainment options.
