26 Sea Lane is a beautiful 4 bedroom, 3½ bathroom vacation home in Palmetto Dunes Plantation. Located a short 10-12 minute walk to the beach, this home features a beautiful screened in lanai and pool area, large grassy back yard and luxury touches throughout. The home also backs on to the 11 mile lagoon in Palmetto Dunes where guests can enjoy fishing, kayaking and the natural wildlife found there.
When you enter the home, you will enjoy the expansive entry way that opens to the first of two living areas. This open room features a couch that is also a Queen sleeper sofa and has French doors that open to the screened lanai and pool area. Just next to this room is the large main living area where you will find the fully equipped and updated kitchen that has new granite topped counters with updated appliances, plenty of counter space and a breakfast bar that seats 3. There is also a built-in desk and wireless internet access.
The living area has comfortable seating, a large 60 inch wall mounted TV, and a wall of windows that adds to the bright openness of the room.
The 4 bedrooms are all located on the same level. The Master bedroom features a King bed, access to the pool and lanai and a fully updated private bathroom with two separate vanities, a separate shower and large soaking tub. A second Master bedroom also has a King bed and private bathroom. The third bedroom features a Queen bed with private bathroom and the fourth guest bedroom has 2 Twin beds and guests can use the 3rd bathroom which is located off the hallway. The half bathroom is located near the kitchen and main living area. Bedrooms feature 40 or 50 inch flat panel TV’s.

For shopping and dining experiences though, Harbour Town in Sea Pines Resort or Shelter Cove Towne Centre are recommended spots featuring an array of shops, restaurants and entertainment options.
