Welcome to Triple 3 Lodge, refined mountain living tucked alongside the Yampa River in downtown Steamboat Springs. Just steps from restaurants, shops, and the scenic Core Trail, this modern retreat is perfectly positioned for guests who want it all—access to adventure, space to unwind, and a front-row seat to Steamboat’s natural beauty.
Spanning three levels with expansive decks on each, this newly built luxury home was designed for those who appreciate both indoor sophistication and outdoor living. Each deck boasts stunning views of the Yampa River, Howelsen Hill, and the Steamboat ski area; plus, fire pits, heaters, and comfortable seating that make alfresco lounging a year-round affair.
Inside, the main level is airy and open, with a gourmet kitchen and dining area on one side and a welcoming living space on the other. Slide open the glass doors to let the mountain air flow through, or gather around the fireplace for cozy evenings in. A professional-grade kitchen, complete with an expansive island with 8 counter stools, two dishwashers, wine fridge, walk-in pantry, and easy access to the outdoor grill, makes it a joy to entertain, whether you’re preparing a holiday feast or après-ski snacks for the crew. From the dining table that seats 10 guests, open the sliding glass doors out to the deck to create an alfresco dining experience with sounds of the river below.
The second level is home to four of the residence’s five beautifully appointed bedrooms. There are two king bedrooms, each with large TVs and access to the deck. These kings each have ensuite baths with large walk-in showers. Across the hall are two queen bedrooms with hidden TVs in the footboards of the bed. The two bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a double vanity and a shower/tub combo. All these bedrooms have easy access to the laundry room. You’ll also find a media room on this level that walks out to the large deck with an oversized hot tub.
The exquisite primary king suite occupies the entire top level. This private sanctuary features a double-sided indoor/outdoor fireplace, sitting area, coffee bar, a big screen TV housed in the footboard of the bed, and sliding glass doors across the entire length of the suite. Soak in the views of the Howelsen ski area from the comfort of the king bed or outside on your own private deck with firepit, heaters, and abundant seating. Whether you’re sipping morning coffee or stargazing with a glass of wine, this space is pure luxury. The ensuite bath is equally indulgent, with a soaking tub, large walk-in steam shower, sauna, and dual-sink vanity.
Additional features include a 2-car garage (plus driveway parking for two more), air conditioning, home sound system, and of course, Property Manager’ signature guest services, including a complimentary ski season shuttle for effortless transport to the slopes.
