LIVING AREA
Wood ceilings soar in the open living room, where a rock fireplace (wood-burning with a gas starter) sits center stage. Settle into posh furniture and screen a film on the 55in TV. A loft on the second floor has a pool table and a 55in TV.
KITCHEN & DINING
The kitchen is outfitted with granite countertops and sleek black appliances, including a gas range and double ovens. Make use of two wine fridges: one in the kitchen and one in the bar area. Serve meals at the expandable dining table for 10.
BED & BATH
This home sleeps 12 adults and one child. On the first floor, the primary bedroom features a king bed and a 36in TV. Stone details adorn the en-suite bathroom, appointed with a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom has a king bed and a 40in TV, while the third bedroom has a queen bed. These rooms share a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Upstairs, the fourth bedroom has a king bed and a twin-over-full bunk bed; a classic clawfoot tub awaits in the en-suite bathroom. Find a pair of full-size beds in the fifth bedroom and a single king bed in the sixth bedroom, which has a private balcony. These rooms also share a bathroom with a walk-in shower. A half bath on the main floor provides added convenience.

This dog-friendly home has a fenced yard, but due to wildlife in the area, it is not recommended to leave pets unattended at any time. If you choose to bring a pet, this rental requires a $200 pet fee to be paid upon booking. This home does not have air-conditioning. No smoking or vaping. Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. Parties prohibited. No refunds due to eviction for noise disturbances, over-occupancy, or excess vehicles. Street parking not permitted.
