Castle Rock cabin sits upon the hillside and is shaded by beautiful pines. You can grill up some dinner on the deck and enjoy the scenery as you eat. You can cozy up around the wood-burning stove with friends and family in the evening.
Use the well-equipped kitchen (no dishwasher) to whip up something delicious for you and your friends, kick back and relax in the comfortable sofas available while the fireplace is on, or maybe you could use the free Wi-Fi for entertainment. Castle Rock Cabin is a quick walk from hiking at Castle Rock Trail 1W03, with fantastic lake views at the summit.
Recreational activities surrounding this location include hiking, biking, and sightseeing. Boulder Bay Park features kayaking and canoeing 1/2 mile to the east. Snow Summit, about five miles away, has skiing in the winter and also offers spring and summer events. Magic Mountain, approximately two miles away, has year-round entertainment. Shopping, food, and entertainment are in Big Bear Lake Village, three miles away. The Discovery Center in Fawnskin offers day programs and hiking events during the spring and summer. You can also enjoy a fun-filled night of music in the amphitheater under the stars!
