Perfectly situated waterfront and near one of the two beaches, this condo is easily accessed with a private entrance (no lobby and no stairs) from the parking lot. The indoor and outdoor pools are just a 2-minute walk. In the summer, you are just steps away from the private beach and you can fish from the docks. Noah’s Ark waterpark is an 8 minute (.4 mile) walk so you can avoid paying for parking there and comfortably return to your own condo for lunch mid-day.
