Privacy, luxury, and relaxation are a few words to describe 8124 Wendover Dunes! You will experience tranquility and total relaxation. This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom Hilton Head vacation rental located in Building F on the second floor is very spacious and private, yet steps to the beach and pool and a short bike ride to golf, tennis, and general store. There are beautiful wood floors throughout and is tastefully decorated in beach décor giving you that vacation feeling.
The fully equipped kitchen is spacious and provides plenty of counter space for cooking and hosting great family meals and features four high-top chairs at the breakfast bar. The adjacent dining room table seats six. It opens into the living area allowing everyone to be together, great for entertaining and family gatherings. The living room is a spacious room with a tray ceiling, large sectional sofa, two grey armchairs and a mounted 65” Roku TV. Off the living room guests will be able to enjoy dining, relaxing with coffee or just some private time in the amazing, large, wraparound screened porch and the lush tropical landscaping outside - pure serenity! There are also glimpses of the pool area. The porch has ceiling fans to keep you cool, two lounge chairs, two rocking chairs, and a table that seats eight.
Located off the living area is the first of three bedrooms which is carpeted and has 2 Queen beds, a mounted Roku TV, and a walk-in closet. The private bathroom has a double vanity, large tub, and walk-in shower. There is also private access to the large, screened porch from this bedroom, for those times you just need some "down time" to catch up your latest novel or magazine!
The other two bedrooms are located off a hallway to the right of the villa entrance. The first bedroom down this hall is carpeted and has a King bed decorated in Navy blue, a walk-in closet, and a 55” Roku TV. The bathroom has a single vanity and a shower/tub combo that also opens into the hallway. The second bedroom is the Master bedroom with a King bed, tray ceiling, bench seat, and a mounted 55” Roku TV. Guests can also access the screened porch from this bedroom. The private bathroom is very spacious and has a large walk-in closet, double vanity, jetted soaking tub, and a large separate shower with a bench. To the left of the foyer is where the laundry room is located.
The highlight of this villa is most definitely the large wraparound screened porch. The Wendover Dunes complex has an on-site pool and hot tub. Everyone is sure to enjoy all the amenities offered.
