This stylish villa is the place to stay for group/family trips. On the fabulous Fazio 12th fairway and walking distance to the beach, this villa offers 3 gorgeous bedrooms, each with its own full bath, gourmet kitchen and wet bar with wine/ beverage fridge!
As you enter the villa, you step inside a very open floor plan. To the left is the updated kitchen with white cabinets, dark stone counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Just beyond the kitchen is the dining table with seating for eight.
The living room offers dark hardwood floors, expansive views of the golf course and has two beige sofas, two armchairs and 70" LG Smart TV, perfect for family movie night!
Just through the sliding doors is your private back patio, which is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sun come up over the golf course!
The master bedroom, also located on the main floor, offers a king bed, 42" Roku TV, views of the golf course and its own private door out onto the back patio. The private master bathroom is updated with dark counter tops, tiled floor and walk-in shower.
Also on the main floor is a guest bedroom with two double beds. This room features hardwood floors, 42" Roku TV and shares a full hall bathroom with shower/tub combo.
Make your way upstairs and you will find the additional guest bedroom and separate loft area. The loft area has a desk, queen sleeper sofa and opens to the living room below.
The guest room has a king bed, beautiful carpet, 32" Roku TV and access to a full hall bathroom with walk-in shower.
Just outside the front door is another patio area with couch, two chairs, ottoman and separate grilling area where you can enjoy relaxing after a day at the beach! This will sure to become your favorite spot on Hilton Head!
The Inverness Village of Palmetto Dunes Resort boasts views of the George Fazio golf course and is only a short bike ride or walk to the beach. The complex has an on-site swimming pool and community tennis courts. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex. Guests are close to everything that Palmetto Dunes has to offer – golfing, clay tennis courts, fishing and miles of bike paths.
