Walking is very easy and convenient for this property, however a bus stop is only 5 minutes walk and there is also either room at the property or at the shopping centre a few metres away to park your car.

- The television in the living room has incurred some damage, and there are minor burn marks on one of the couches.
- Please note that construction work is currently taking place behind the property, and some noise may be expected during daytime hours. The work is external and does not affect access or safety, but we want to be transparent so you can book with the right expectations.
