Located in one of the most beautiful settings in Sea Pines with Cape Cod-style duplex homes and gorgeous water views, 15 Lands End is a beautiful home with 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and bedding for 6 guests. The location is directly on the Calibogue Sound with gorgeous views and easily navigated boardwalks to the beach, as well as a short walk to the exclusive pool for Lands End guests and South Beach Marina Village shops, restaurants and activities.
To the left of the entrance is the first bedroom that has a king size bed, a large closet and a mounted 43” TV. The ensuite bath has a single vanity with granite top and a walk-in shower with bench seat.
This home has beautiful dark hardwood floors throughout the main living area and gorgeous views of the Sound. It is tastefully decorated in coastal décor and beach accents. The living room has two blue sofas and two accent chairs, a checkerboard table, lots of games and puzzles on the cabinet and a mounted 65” Samsung TV over the fireplace. A great place for your family to sit and relax after a long day out in the sun.
The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances including a flat top stove. There are three bar stools at the kitchen island for family to sit and watch the chef prepare their favorite meal. The adjoining dining room as a table that seats six. From the dining room you have access to the screened-in porch which is perfect for outdoor dining and has a wicker patio set including a sofa and three chairs. Outside there is a lovely sun deck where there is bench seating, an umbrella table that seats six, two rocking chairs and a Weber gas grill. There are an additional two white rocking chairs out on the front porch where you could sit and enjoy your morning coffee.
Going to the second floor, at the top of the stairs, is the full size washer and dryer. To the right is a bedroom with a king size bed, accent chair and 43” mounted TV. You have views of the Sound from this room. The private bath has a single vanity and walk-in shower with glass doors. To the left of the stairs is the final bedroom which has a twin bunkbed with trundle and a 43” TV. It also has a private bath with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

For shopping and dining experiences though, Harbour Town in Sea Pines Resort or Shelter Cove Towne Centre are recommended spots featuring an array of shops, restaurants and entertainment options.
