This adorable home is on one of the most beautiful streets on Hilton Head! Once you book this gorgeous home in one of the nicest, most quaint neighborhoods in Sea Pines, you will rebook before you leave to ensure you get it every year! This home has been recently renovated and not a single detail has been left out by one of Hilton Head Islands premier interior designers! Beautiful, practical and the perfect place for your next family gathering. The open floor plan lends itself to socializing and unwinding. The porch doors open up to the beautiful brand new pool and spa. Extends your indoor and outdoor living space! The back sun porch has a desk which makes it the perfect room for home-schooling, studying and when you have to get something done at work remotely.
Coastal and nautical accessories and colors make you feel like you are at the beach to relax and get away from the everyday stresses! Be sure to meet "Larry", which you cannot miss in the back....An amazing Oak that helps give the yard shade and character! Lots of outdoor space as there are 2 decks on either side of the home.
The master bedroom with king bed and 42" SMART TV, overlooks the pool and lush landscaping and has privacy blinds that can be turned on and off when you’ve had enough pool views! The attached bathroom has an over-sized shower with 2 shower heads and is all newly renovated and beautiful. The other guest bedrooms share an updated hall bathroom with a double vanity. The first guest room has two twin beds and 32" SMART TV. The other guest room has a double bed, twin bed and 42" SMART TV.
The kitchen is open and fully-stocked and equipped with state of the art appliances and a sky light to add to the already bright rooms. The dining room seats 6 comfortably. Perfect for the Heritage Classic Golf Tournament and only a 6-8 minute bike ride to the beach!
