This villa is a real hidden gem, just an hour down the coast from Lisbon, only a five minute drive from Grandola town itself and twenty minutes from the famous beaches of Comporta.
Unarguably well situated, once you arrive at Grandola Mountain Paradise you will truly never want to leave. Built in traditional Portuguese red brick, that is set off beautifully by the verdant surrounding foliage, as you approach the house via its meandering private drive, it will immediately take your breath away. The interiors of Grandola Mountain Paradise are light and airy, with an open-plan design that creates a spacious feeling as soon as you walk in. Wooden floorboards and white-washed walls combine to create an airy, fresh atmosphere that is perfect in the hot summer months.
Made up of seven bedrooms, four doubles and three twins, this villa sleeps fourteen comfortably and therefore is the ideal place to head to with family and friends alike.
Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, which are done up in modern marble. The indoor dining area has space for everyone to be seated, and boasts a huge window that overlooks the swimming pool, which is just the other side of the wall. The main indoor living area is a massive open plan space with tonnes of sofa space and a flat-screen TV, with huge sliding doors that lead onto the terrace and feed light into the house all day long.
The outdoor area of Grandola Mountain Paradise is absolutely stunning, with a large infinity swimming pool that is surrounded by the vibrant greens of the Grandola countryside.
Lined on three sides by red tilling, with sunbeds positioned around it for the whole party, and the fourth side boasting such glorious views, the pool really is the heart of the villa. Immediately next to the pool on one side is a covered chill area, with outdoor day beds and a large window into the dining area. Overall, this is a modern, spacious and comfortable villa nestled in the heart of the Grandola countryside, but only a stone’s throw from the city. This accommodation does not accept groups of young people (up to 25 years).
