The spacious penthouse in the small "Residenz Edelalm," built in 2026, is the ideal address for a well-deserved vacation. The gondola connecting to the "SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental" ski area can be reached in just a few minutes by car or ski bus. From there, you can take the lift towards Westendorf or Hochbrixen.
The penthouse is located on the third floor and is accessible by elevator.
From the large hallway with a wardrobe, you have access to three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bright living room with an open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with all modern comforts and features a large, comfortable dining area for the whole group.
At the rear of the apartment (facing south!), you’ll find a generous balcony with a seating area and fantastic views of the rolling hills and the Choralp mountain.
With two bathrooms, the apartment is well-suited for families or groups traveling together. Of course, it’s also ideal for smaller groups who want to explore the Austrian Alps.
The fact that the ski bus stops right outside the door is a real bonus. You can reach the ski lift in just a few minutes! The "Tanzer" run (1c) ends opposite the apartment, so you can practically ski right to your door.
In the immediate vicinity of your penthouse, you’ll find many cozy restaurants, shops, and a supermarket for your daily needs.
Even in summer, nature lovers will find plenty to enjoy here, with wonderful opportunities for hiking, mountain biking, and perhaps even a paragliding flight to take in the breathtaking views! The Sporthotel Brixen is located next to the apartment. There, you can rent a tennis court or an e-bike, go swimming, or enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
