On a top location in the cosy village of Brixen im Thale, next to the Sporthotel, you will find the in 2016 built small-scale apartment complex "Residenz Edelalm".
The gondola with connection to the "SkiWelt" ski area is a few minutes by car, You can take the ski lift here towards the Westendorf ski area or the other way to the High Brixen ski area.
The ski bus stops practically in front of the door. The "Tanzer" valley run (1c) comes out a few dozen metres across from the flat. A short distance away is the train station.
The Top 4 flat is located on the first floor. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms with toilet and there is a separate extra toilet.
Along the entire rear side (facing south!) you will find a spacious sunny terrace with seating area and fantastic views of the Choralp. The flat has its own room with a washing machine and dryer and also the possibility of storing skis and ski boots here.
Parking/charging station: Top 4 has 2 parking spaces, one of which is under a carport. There is a charging station under the carport of Top 2. This can be used in consultation with the caretaker. Charges for charging electric or hybrid cars are always according to consumption and are calculated separately on the basis of the prices applicable in Austria.
