Welcome to Agate Peak by Property Manager!
Perfectly positioned in the heart of Carnelian Bay—halfway between Tahoe City and Incline Village—Agate Peak is a newly renovated A-frame retreat where modern comfort, iconic architecture, and the natural beauty of Lake Tahoe come together effortlessly. Just a short walk from the shoreline and surrounded by mountain bike trails, sledding hills, and forested paths that begin right behind the home, this is a stay designed for families, adventurers, and groups who want both convenience and tranquility.
Inside, the home’s striking south-facing wall of windows fills the great room with warm, all-day sunlight. An open-concept layout creates an inviting atmosphere for gathering—centered around a sleek gas fireplace, an oversized sectional, and the kind of cozy ambiance that makes mornings slow and evenings memorable. The renovated kitchen features stainless steel appliances, an island with four bar stools, and everything needed for shared meals. The dining table for eight (extra chairs located in the loft) sits just beneath the dramatic A-frame ceiling, framing the treetops in every direction.
Slide open the large glass door and step onto the spacious wraparound deck, where grilling, lounging, and soaking in the alpine air become part of your daily rhythm. The surrounding lawn and outdoor areas offer plenty of space for kids to play and for guests to unwind after days on the lake or slopes.
Across its 3,000 square feet, Agate Peak offers four beautifully furnished bedrooms plus a loft, each designed for comfort and calm. Two king suites feature luxurious Casper mattresses and ensuite bathrooms, with one suite offering a Juliet balcony and peek-through lake views. A serene queen bedroom provides a quiet retreat, while the downstairs bunk room—with two full-over-full built-in bunk beds—is perfect for kids, cousins, or groups of friends. Newly renovated bathrooms throughout include modern fixtures, walk-in showers, and even a large soaking tub for unwinding at the end of the day.
For guests traveling with little ones, an optional nursery is available upon request. Complete with a full-size crib, glider, changing table, diaper pail, blackout curtains, and a pre-installed baby monitor, this thoughtfully equipped room ensures a truly turnkey stay for families.
Located in the sought-after Agate Bay community, Agate Peak offers effortless access to Tahoe’s best year-round recreation—skiing at Northstar and Diamond Peak, lake days at Waterman’s Landing, hiking and biking trails just steps from the driveway, and local dining only minutes away.
