If the smoke alarm is activated by the guest by any means other than a bona fide emergency, the fire brigade will be automatically advised and will attend to the building. There is a fee of $1,375.00 from NSW Fire Brigades for each fire truck that attends the property. This fee will be payable by the guest should it be a false alarm. NO PARTIES, A new code of conduct from NSW Fair Trading says that if complaints are received from my neighbours about parties, you can be banned for five years from Property Manager, also fines of $550 can be issued. Please, NO PARTIES. Guests who are reported for throwing a disruptive party or violating our rules are subject to suspension or removal from Property Manager’s platform.
