Guests are asked to use the heat-resistant BBQ liner when cooking. The BBQ cleaning brush is located in the storage compartment underneath the BBQ. • This property has security cameras to the external areas which management checks regularly at all hours. If these are tampered with in any way, your booking will be cancelled, you will be asked to leave, and no refunds will be issued. • PETS NOT ALLOWED - this property is not pet friendly. If pet hair has been discovered upon checkout, you will be charged a $200 AUD deodorising fee. • STRICTLY NO SMOKING - If there is evidence of smoking inside the property, you will be charged a $200 AUD deodorising fee. • This property has a noise monitoring device which management check regularly at all hours. If this device is disconnected during your stay, we will be notified of this disconnection, and you will be at risk of having your booking cancelled immediately. • As part of living in Australia’s environment, we want to advise that household pests such as cockroaches, ants, flies, spiders etc are common – especially to the spring and summer seasons. Whilst we do take preventative measures to maintain this (such as deep cleans, pest control etc), their appearance is something we cannot completely control. If they do appear, we do provide bug spray which is located under the sink in the kitchen for you to use.
