There are plentiful coral heads and an abundance of sea life!  There is snorkel equipment provided for the guests’ use! Beach/pool lover? Lounge on the uncrowded beach, head to our freshwater pool, or walk up the luxurious white-sand 7-mile beach. The beach by the condo is mostly sugar tan and white sand with some coral reefs and rocks washed ashore. Relax on one of several beach loungers while soaking in the view of passing boats and breathtaking sunsets. Tennis/Pickle Ball anyone? This excellent location is within walking distance to: Restaurants: Kirk’s (an excellent supermarket just a 10-minute walk away), beer/wine/liquor stores, countless restaurants/cafes, Camana Bay and George Town (downtown). You can also visit the Cayman turtle farm, Rum Point and a visit to ’hell’ and back (with a short/easy bus ride). Water Sports: The main attraction on the island is the water sports activities. A short walk to the Marriott offers you parasailing, windsurfing, and jet skis. Snorkelling and diving on the island are considered to be some of the best in the world. Check‑out is self‑service @ 11:00 AM, with clear instructions provided; late check‑out is only available if pre‑arranged, as we need time to prepare for incoming guests.
