Rising Bear Retreat is a cozy Smoky Mountain cabin located in the popular Chalet Village area of Gatlinburg! Surrounded by all of the activities of the Smokies, the cabin is centrally located near all the attractions and restaurants for you and your family to enjoy. It is the perfect place to enjoy a mountain getaway while being close to all the attractions and entertainment of Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Great Smoky Mountains National Park!

🏕️ THE CABIN:
This one bedroom chalet is located right off Ski Mountain road! The cozy living room is clean and inviting, with comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, a stone fireplace and large windows. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, including a full-sized refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and has a separate dining table. The cabin has one bedroom with a comfortable king bed, Smart TV and plenty of storage space. The upstairs loft area includes a bumper pool table for hours of fun as well as an indoor sauna!
Outside, you’ll love spending time on the deck enjoying the fresh mountain air. The hot tub is also located on the privacy of your deck and is a great place to relax after a fun day of hiking and adventure. The deck has plenty of seating to relax in the morning with a cup of coffee or unwind in the evening with a glass of wine. A BBQ grill is also available to take advantage of a cookout while taking in the beautiful views!

Fully equipped kitchen location on the main level. The cabin includes pots, pans, glasses, plates, silverware, etc. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and has a small dining table.

Free parking for up to 2 cars. The driveway is fairly steep and up a hill.
If you have 2 vehicles, we recommend backing each vehicle in once you get to the parking area at the top.

* We are unable to offer refunds due to weather or weather-related conditions, power outages, road conditions, or acts of God. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. Four-wheel drive is recommended in winter conditions.
* We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
