The condo also has free High Speed Wi-Fi! Full (shared) bath is located just outside the bedroom and includes a tub/shower combo. * Additional Sleeping: Sleeper Sofa in living room. 🍽️ EATING: Fully-equipped kitchen and stainless steel appliances; There is a full sized refrigerator for your groceries or any leftovers from trips out on the town. We can be reached via OTA messenger, text message, or E-mail. * Quiet hours are 11pm-7am. * Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. * There is a strict no-smoking policy. * There is a strict no-pet policy. * We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps/shampoos, and detergent. If you have a large group or are staying for an extended period, you may need to purchase (or bring) additional items. * We have partnered with BabyQuip - the #1 baby equipment rental service and marketplace. BabyQuip offers rentals for your trip, including Cribs, Strollers, High Chairs, Toys/Games, Bouncers, Health and Safety Items, Outdoor Items, and More! Ask us for more information! * We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
