Additionally, the unit offers high-speed internet, cable TV, and air conditioning to ensure a comfortable stay. High Point South is situated in a convenient location, allowing guests to explore the nearby attractions, restaurants, and many daytime and nighttime entertainment options that Ocean City has to offer. No pets are allowed. Smoking/vaping is not permitted in the unit, on the balconies, nor in any common areas of the building. Groups of members of 25+ and family rentals only. Complimentary fresh sheets and a towel package are included with every reservation of 3 nights or more, ensuring a hassle-free experience from the moment you arrive. This will include 2 sheets for each sleeping surface, pillowcases for all the pillows and a set of towels for each guest (1-bath towel, 1-Hand towel and 1-wash cloth per guest). For hygiene and sanitation purposes, linens are professionally prepared, sealed in plastic and provided in a package.
