The entertainment patio has a sparkling pool, built-in BBQ and bar seating, fireplace and separate firepit, 2 dining areas, chaise loungers, couches, club chairs and ottomans from which to take in the beautiful desert and mountain views in every direction. Very close proximity to miles of hiking/biking trails and many golf courses. Easy access to McDowell Sonoran Preserve Tom’s Thumb Trailhead. Free WiFi is the fastest available service from the service provider.
There are 4 bedrooms each with ensuite bathrooms that have designer fixtures, sinks, tile and lighting: 1 King bedroom and 3 Queen bedrooms. Beautiful views from all bedrooms. All beds have luxurious hotel collection 660+tc sheets and premium bedding.
Relax on the side patio or cozy up to one of 3 gas fireplaces. Splash in the pool or sip your favorite cocktail while grilling and taking in the views.
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with professional appliances, including gas range, SubZero refrigerator and two dishwashers. Small appliances include coffee maker with starter coffee/tea, Keurig, blender, toaster, mixer, food processor and more!
POOL HEATING: We recommend that the pool be heated between Oct 1st and Jun 10th in order to be a comfortable swimming temperature. Pool heating is optional and available for $75/day. There is a minimum of three (3) consecutive days, and pool heating may only be scheduled for the full duration of the reservation - not for select days. Definitely let us know before your arrival if you want to enjoy swimming during your visit without a wetsuit! (Hint: an unheated pool stays just above the low temps of the night.)
