Our fully-furnished apartments are perfect for short-term or extended stays and feature full kitchens, in-unit laundry, and attached two-car garages. All guests will need to pass CLEAR identity verification and a background check, we’ll look for no evictions, collections, or criminal records.
For stays of 30+ nights, Property Manager also requires SSN - a soft credit check will be performed only on the primary guest. We look for a 550 credit score.
