This property is the perfect choice whether you’re here for winter skiing or to enjoy the year round vibrant atmosphere of Queenstown with over 150 cafes and bars. Grand Alpine Villa sleeps up to 8 guests, with two bedrooms on each level—ideal for families or groups seeking space and comfort. Every room features a heat pump (air con) to keep you warm in winter and cool in summer. Modern décor and local artwork create a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. The open-plan living area is designed for relaxation, complete with stunning mountain views, a comfy sofa, and a widescreen TV. The fully equipped kitchen and generous dining area make it easy to enjoy meals together. Step outside to dine alfresco on the large balcony or unwind on the private patio while taking in the changing colours of the mountains. A dedicated utility room includes a washer, dryer, and space to dry ski gear—perfect after a day on the slopes. Centrally located between The Remarkables and Coronet Peak ski fields, you’re just 10 minutes from Queenstown Airport (5 km) and 5 minutes from the town centre (3 km). BEDDING CONFIGURATION: Bedroom 1: 1 King bed Bedroom 2: 1 King bed Bedroom 3: 1 King bed Bedroom 4: 2 single beds Please note: All beds can be split into 2 single beds or can be made into 1 king bed per bedroom. The configuration above is the default set up. If you require the beds to be set up differently, you must inform us at least three days before check in. If you want the beds changed after you have checked in, there is a fee of $150 NZD per bedroom. Parking: Please note that the garage is NOT available for guest use. However, there is sufficient space outside the garage to park two vehicles or even one campervan. As our house is down the end of the driveway, there is some extra space next to our house to park. Baby Accessories - We can provide a portacot, high chair and baby bath on request at a fee of $50 . Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival.
