Baby Accessories - We can provide a portacot, high chair and baby bath on request at a fee of $50 . Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival. You will have access to the entire apartment. Please take note of the following: - This unit does not have an oven however it does have a 2 ring hob (stovetop). - Laundry facilities located on the 4th floor of the complex and are coin operated. Being so close to Town, you will find that it is very easy to get around. The lakeshore walking track is right across the street and It’s only a 500 m walk to the shops and restaurants. There is a dedicated, on-site, free car space in the underground carpark. Please, no pets, no smoking indoors and no parties. A maximum of 4 guests allowed. The person making the booking needs to be 25 years or older... unless otherwise authorised. Please contact us if the person booking is not 25 or older.
