You will absolutely love watching the fantastic colours change throughout the day over the Remarkables Mountain Range and Lake Wakatipu as the sun rises and sets. BEDDING CONFIGURATION: Bedroom 1: King Size Bed Bedroom 2: 2 Single Beds that can be made into a Super King Size Bed (You must let us know at least three days before your arrival if you would like the king size bed) *If you decide that you want the two single beds zipped together AFTER you arrive, there will be a charge of $100 for our cleaners to come and arrange the beds and put all new linen on. Baby Accessories - We can provide a portacot, high chair and baby bath on request at a fee of $50 . Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival. You will have access to the entire apartment. Being so close to Town, you will find that it is very easy to get around. The lakeshore walking track is very close by and It’s only an 800 m walk to the shops and restaurants. The closest bus stop is about 500 metres away, in front of the Crowne Plaza hotel. That bus will take you all over the greater Queenstown area for a very reasonable bus fare. Please, no pets, no smoking indoors and no parties. A maximum of 4 guests allowed. At least one guest must be over the age of 25. We offer exceptional amenities to enhance your stay.
