BEDROOM:
Two bedrooms feature queen-sized beds, while the third bedroom offers two single beds. Each room is fitted with air conditioning and ample wardrobe space for your luggage. All beds are topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen.
BATHROOM:
Both bathrooms include showers and toilets, with one also featuring a washing machine and condenser dryer. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay.
KITCHEN:
You can use the kitchen if you’re craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay, you will have access to:

- crockery and cutlery
- dishwasher
- toaster
- coffee machine (Nespresso)
We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast, such as milk, coffee, and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.
The dining table comfortably seats six and also doubles as a laptop-friendly workspace.
LIVING ROOM:
The living room has a FFALCON 55" smart TV which you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. Note that we don’t provide Netflix, YouTube, and other online streaming platform subscriptions, so you will have to use your own account.
LAUNDRY AREA:
A washer and dryer are available to use located in the second bathroom, as well as an iron and ironing board.
PARKING:
The open space in front of the house can accommodate 2 cars.
NOTE: Please avoid driving on the driveway or lawn. Parking is available in front of the house. Concrete barriers are being installed to prevent damage.
Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival. Access codes will be provided 4 hours before check-in to keep your booking secure.
Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the key set or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge.
I am available mostly through booking platform messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.

This home is well-connected, giving you plenty of options to explore Canberra. Just a short, level five-minute walk brings you to the Wanniassa Park & Ride, where regular bus services including routes R4, R5, 70, 72, 73, 74, 75, 76, 180, and 181 run frequently. These routes link you directly to Woden, Tuggeranong, Belconnen, and the City, so you can get almost anywhere without needing a car.
If you prefer to drive, the location makes it easy to reach major roads in minutes. The Woden town centre is around 10 minutes away, Tuggeranong is about the same, and you can be in Canberra City in roughly 15 minutes. The airport is also within 20 minutes by car, making arrivals and departures stress-free.
For those who enjoy walking or cycling, the area is surrounded by local parks, trails, and reserves, with plenty of footpaths and bike-friendly routes connecting the suburb to nearby shopping centres and green spaces.
