BEDROOM:
The main bedroom features a king-size bed and a 32" Hisense Smart TV, while the second bedroom has a queen-sized bed. Both beds are topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. They also have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.
BATHROOM:
The main bathroom comes with a bathtub, shower, and toilet, while the second has a shower and toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay.
KITCHEN:
You can use the kitchen if you’re craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay, you will have access to:

- oven
- crockery and cutlery
- dishwasher
- microwave
- toaster
We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee, and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.
LIVING ROOM:
The living room has a 55" FFalcon Smart TV which you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. Note that we don’t provide Netflix, YouTube, and other online streaming platform subscriptions, so you will have to use your own account.
LAUNDRY AREA:
A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.
PARKING:
The parking garage can accommodate one car. Additional paid street parking is available along Mort Street, and there are also nearby paid parking garages on Mort Street if needed.
COMMON AREAS & AMENITIES:
You will have access to the building’s pool, BBQ area, gym, and sauna throughout your stay.
The common areas are managed by the building management and can be closed without prior notice to owners. We try our best to get the most accurate information to update the listing description as much as we can. In this regard, please check for building announcements at the time of your arrival to confirm the availability of common areas.
Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival. Access codes will be provided 4 hours before check-in to keep your booking secure.
Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the key set or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge.
I am available mostly through booking platform messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.

Most things are walkable from the apartment. Canberra Centre (the main shopping mall), Lonsdale Street dining precinct, supermarkets, cafés and bars are all within a short 5–10 minute stroll. For outdoor activities, it’s a pleasant walk or quick bike ride to Lake Burley Griffin and nearby parklands.
