Discover our 95m² apartment, carefully renovated, located on the 1st floor of a residence with 9 air-conditioned apartments. Nestled in the birthplace of Pierre-Paul Riquet, the architect of the Canal du Midi, born here in 1609, it combines historical charm with modern comfort. The living room overlooks the lively covered market of Béziers. The bedrooms are very quiet as their windows open onto a square in a peaceful street at the back of the building. A parking place is included as a gratuity. The apartment features a spacious living area with a cozy lounge offering stunning views of the recently renovated historical Halles covered market, a dining area, a workspace with Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen. In the back of the apartment there are two large bedrooms with quality bedding overlooking a quiet pedestrian street. The residence is located facing the Halles de Béziers. For arrival by plane from Béziers Cap d’Agde Airport, a shuttle will take you to Béziers SNCF Train Station. If arriving by train from Béziers Train Station: the building is a 12-minute walk away. Additionally, a taxi stand is available at the station, costing around ten euros. Whatever mode of transportation you choose, feel free to contact us; we will assist you. For arrival by car, you have 4 options for parking: Halles 1 underground parking, 150 meters away, offering short-term packages of 3 and 7 days. Right below the building, in the Blue Zone, you can park for free for 30-minute sessions. A blue parking disc is required. 20 meters away, in the Yellow Zone, you’ll find paid parking, with the first 30 minutes free each day. A 300-meter walk behind Lycée Henri IV, where parking is entirely free." The apartment is very easily accessible: 1 minute walk from the underground parking Halles 1, which offers notably 3 and 7-day packages at low prices. For street parking, you have three options: * In the Blue Zone, at the bottom of the building, you can park for 30 minutes for free if you have a blue disc. * In the rest of the historic center, in the Yellow Zone, the first 30 minutes are free. * 300 meters away, behind the Henri IV College, you will find around fifty completely free parking spaces. 6 minutes walk from the bus station where you can find the Béziers-Cap d’Agde airport shuttle stop and the shuttle to the sandy beach of Valras Plage. 2 minutes walk from the nearest bus stop where buses 5 and 7 stop. They allow you to reach the SNCF train station in 5 minutes and to go to the Neuf Ecluses de Fonséranes. 14 minutes walk from the SNCF train station.
