The accommodation features a welcoming living area with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable and quiet double bedroom, a modern and refined bathroom, and a delightful private balcony with a direct view of Campo San Giovanni e Paolo, perfect for enjoying a moment of relaxation with a unique view.

The location is strategic: a few minutes from St. Mark’s Square, the Rialto Bridge and the main cultural attractions, but in a quiet area, frequented by Venetians.
Guests will have the opportunity to leave their luggage free of charge at the facility before arrival and after departure.
Check-ins are possible from 3 pm to 7 pm. Later check-ins are possible by prior agreement and with a supplement of €30.00 for arrivals by 10 pm or €50.00 by 11 pm. At check-in, guests will be required to pay the tourist tax, which amounts to €5 per person per night, and will be asked to complete and sign a rental contract where the details of a credit card in the guests’ name will also be included as a guarantee for damages.
