We will send you a secure, separate link to make the payment directly to Property Manager. The deposit is fully refundable after checkout, provided no damages are reported during your stay. Refunds are typically processed within 2–3 days after checkout, and the time it takes for the amount to reflect in your bank account may vary depending on your financial institution. Please note that it is mandatory to share your expected arrival time via the check-in form, which will be sent to you once your booking is confirmed. In accordance with building management requirements, an in-person check-in at the tower is necessary upon arrival, where our team will be present to assist and welcome you. Kindly be informed that arrivals after 12:00 AM (midnight) are subject to an additional fee of 200 AED. For any additional in-stay cleaning, please reach out to us for prices and bookings. Property Manager does not hold ownership interest in the property. The property is either managed on behalf of the Owner, in which case Property Manager acts strictly as the disclosed agent for bookings and operations on behalf of the Owner, or leased by Property Manager under a separate lease agreement from the Owner to provide our guests with a comfortable and welcoming stay.
