Farmhouse in a Peaceful Paradise with Huge Hot tub

We can’t wait to welcome you to our rustic farmhouse on 4 acres of land. Surrounded by nature and with plenty of space to run and play, our farmhouse is perfect for those looking to escape the city and experience farm life. Our laid back and fun-loving attitude makes us a great fit for like-minded guests. We want to be transparent and let you know that we are not hoteliers. While we do our best to make everything perfect for your stay, things can still happen and we are quick to respond in these situations. So if you’re looking for a hotel-style experience, there are plenty of great options nearby. But if you’re open to a more relaxed and authentic farm stay, then we’d love to have you as our guests. Our A-frame farmhouse has been upgraded with modern interiors for a comfortable and stylish stay. Outside, you can enjoy the company of our two friendly horses, relax by the giant fire pit in the horse pasture, or take a stroll to admire the scenic bridges and streams. Please note that there is a 5% tourist fee and a 7% sales tax added to your booking, and this goes directly to the state and county. During your stay, our horse caretaker will stop by to feed and water the horse. They will not disturb you or enter the property, as their only goal is to keep the horse happy and healthy. Our farmhouse is in a private, peaceful, and serene location, but still within easy reach of cities like Gainesville, GA. We recommend bringing your own car for convenience and exploring the surrounding area. Our property has plenty of parking space and amenities such as WiFi, Netflix, and Dish for your entertainment. You’ll also have access to three bedrooms and bathrooms for a comfortable stay with your loved ones. Please note that parties and events are not allowed on our property. Any violation will result in eviction and loss of your deposit. We do allow dogs with prior approval, but unfortunately, we cannot host cats due to owner allergies. You can even use our hot tub, which is cleaned weekly, but we ask guests to rinse off before using it and to keep the cover closed to prevent dirt and debris. If you would like the hot tub to be cleaned on your arrival day, you can schedule a drop-in cleaning for an additional fee. We charge a damage waiver instead of a security deposit, which covers up to $2500 in damages. Please make sure to smoke outdoors and dispose of cigarette butts properly to prevent any fire hazards. We do not allow any parties or events on our property, and any violation will result in the full loss of the damage deposit. We will provide you with all the necessary information for your stay, and we can’t wait to welcome you to our rustic farmhouse.
