The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area features a comfy couch, a dining table, a TV, and access to a second private terrace furnished for relaxation and outdoor enjoyment. The kitchen comes fully equipped with a dishwasher, and a separate utility room houses the washer. - For the central location of this accommodation, it is possible to be disturbed by external noise (passers-by in the street, neighbours, parties), and this reason will not be subject to any compensation.
- Please note that all guests (regardless of their age) must fill the legal registration form Orden INT/321/2021, according to the Spanish legislation (Royal Decree 933/2021). When traveling with a minor, you’ll be requested to indicate the type of family relationship. Refusing to comply the order above will form a formal ground to deny the access to the property and will not be subject to any compensation.
