Located almost at sea, just few meters from the very beautiful Adriatic sea. Spacious 25 sqm terrace on first floor and with discreet and smaller terrace on upper floor. It is situated between tall green trees so it gives you a relaxing mind. You’ll also have your own private stairway from apt to the the beach. Please look at my photos and guidebook for more informations. The space is organised in 150 square-meters on two floors with terraces. Main floor has 90 square-meters and there are 2 bedrooms, 1 bigger modern bathroom with walk-in shower, storage, stairs, big and spacious living room, kitchen and a beautiful 25 square-meters terrace. Upper floor has 60 square-meters and there are 1 bedroom, 1 modern bathroom with bathtub, living room with sofa, smaller kitchen and very discreet 10 square-meters terrace with very beautiful view. The apartment can accommodate up to 8 people, but for a comfortable vacation, ideally is for 6 adult person. You can use any space in the apartment except storehouse. I’m 24/7 on your service. Be enchanted by the unspoiled nature of this island ... -Airport Rijeka is located in Krk, Omišalj, only 12 km from the apartment -bus station is around 1 km from the apartment and bus stop is 100 meters from the apartment -free wi-fi internet with flat rate -Kitchen includes kettle, toaster, coffee machine and it’s fully equipped -towels, bed sheets and bed linens are included -no additional charges for tourist tax -you will have a free parking for 2-3 cars, one in front of the apartment and other one across the apartment If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you may be required to pay according to Property Manager’s property damage policy.
