- Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive is required in the winter months to access the property
- Neighborhood roads are plowed first, and then a private plow will clear the driveway. If heavy snowfall is expected, it’s best to park in the garage. If you choose to shovel near the front, back, or patio doors, please use extreme caution. Shoveling deep or heavy snow can be dangerous — do not over-exert yourself. Ice melt is available in the garage for your convenience

Camera 3 is on the front door facing the front entry. Camera 4 is on the back door facing the back entry. Camera 5 is on the balcony railing facing out.
