Villa Azul

The property extends over 320 sq metres and consists of two identical 3-level buildings each of them having exactly the same layout and providing the guests with the same collection of equipment and amenities. Our villa accommodates up to 12 guests in its 8 double bedrooms and offers privacy between its two parts - if needed - having two separate entances. The private swimming pool is in front of the building; it is open to the blue views and it covers 30 sq. metres while having 1.40 metres depth. The 4 pouffes along with the 4 sunbeds are comfortable and ideal for your sunbathing underneath the cretan sun. Let’s not forget the gas BBQ facilities, in the backyard, that come with a subsidiary sink and all the related equipment for safe and easy roasting. Free and covered parking is also provided in the two garages of the underground floor, one car each building; this is where you will also find 4 complimentary bikes and a ping pong table to stay in shape! The bright living room shares an open plan space along with the kitchen and the dining area and it features a smart TV of 65 inches, a wide sofa and fireplace. It is connected by an elevator with the higher floors while having direct access to the pool. The kitchen comes with all you need to prepare your own meals and snacks such as oven and stove top, real size fridge, dishwasher, cooking basis and many more. The wide dining table is suitable for 10 guests. On the same floor, you can also find one double bedroom having its own smart TV of 43 inches, a safebox and a shower bathroom with all the amenities for a comfortable stay.  On the upper floor of each building you can find two more equipped double bedrooms. They do not miss smart TVs of 43 inches or 32 inches, a private balcony and private seating area. In every bedroom you can use the wardrobes and the individual air conditioning but most importantly, relax and refill your batteries on the mattresses of high quality (1.60 x 2.00). On the same floor the second bathroom of each building is located offering showers, washing machines and dryers.
