This exclusive 8-bedroom villa offers sophisticated design and interior space of 265 square meters on three floors, built on a terrain of about 6,000 square meters.The villa can accommodate 16 persons in 8 bedrooms. The ground floor features an open plan living room with fireplace and study. The living area leads into the fully equipped kitchen and dining area with direct access, through French doors, to the external dining area by the pool. There is a bar area in the kitchen with stools overlooking the pool and sea and a guest’s WC. On the same floor there are two bedrooms with twin/double beds and en-suite shower rooms with rain shower, walk-in closets and beautiful views to the Mediterranean. One of the rooms has a small terrace with direct access to the pool. Located on the 1st floor is the Master bedroom (1.80m four-poster bed) with en-suite bathroom, closets and private terraces with sea views. On the same level one finds the independent studio of a double room (1.60m double bed) with separate external entrance, en suite shower room, walk-in closet, fire place, beautiful views to the sea and private terraces with sea views. Storage and laundry room are on the lower ground floor. The outside area features, verandas with pergolas, a private swimming pool with umbrellas and loungers and a dining area for 8 persons. Within the grounds of our Estate, we have a private tennis court adaptable for pickleball, volleyball, and half basketball, all featuring a premium cushioned, 4-layer, surface designed for superior comfort and performance.
