Perched in literally few steps from the seaside, this newly built Corfu vacation rental boasts sweeping views of Paleokastritsa Bay — the classic scenery you would expect, this luxury villa is equipped with state-of-the-art smart- home technology, as well as accommodations for up to a dozen friends or family members. Villa Kaliopi is nestled into lush gardens with many trees and stretches of grass where younger guests can play. The pergola-covered outdoor living area provide a respite from the Mediterranean sun, or you can soak in the views from the loungers on the terrace around the pool.
A barbecue makes it easy to serve up local specialties at the al-fresco dining area. The villa’s interiors are spare and charming with wide tile floors. There’s space for the whole group around the wooden dining table, and the fully equipped kitchen has both a practical island layout along with several delights, such as an espresso machine. Guests’ can play their own music collections, which can be heard through the several speakers, separated in 4 different sections. Each of the five bedrooms at Villa Kaliopi has a private en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and access to the surround area of the villa & pool’s terrace, a separate terrace, or a balcony. The master bedroom has a queen bed and breathtaking sea view over the mythical beautiful bay of Paleokastritsa! Three bedrooms with two twin beds, each, offers flexible arrangements. The fifth bedroom has two twin beds, with flexible arrangements, & a loft that sleeps additional two guests, a separate entrance, and a shared en-suite bathroom. Though it’s tempting to stay at the villa from sunrise to sunset—both of which can be viewed from the terrace; the village is less than 20 min walk and the nearest beach in less than 2 minutes away on foot. Stroll down to Agia Triada beach to walk along its pebbled shore, snorkel in its crystal-clear waters, head into Paleokastritsa to sample pastries from one of its bakeries or have a honeymoon-style dinner at a seafront restaurant. For a livelier scene, make the 30-minute drive into Corfu town.
