The villa is a three level villa able to host 6-8 guests. The ground floor has a living room with a TV and an AC, a modern fully equipped high tech kitchen (oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer) and a toilet with a shower. The second floor has three bedrooms and a bathroom with a washing machine. All bedrooms have spacious closets, their own A/C, and their own balconies, two of the them look at the beach and one of them at the back garden. Also, there is a spacious play room in the basement with one double bed and a sofa for your facility. Outdoor shower with hot water in the garden, two private car parking spaces and BBQ facilities. A private door, opposite of the villa, leads to the beach (keys for the door are provided). The water is only few steps away from you! The villa is located in a calm family friendly neighborhood where you can have your privacy, however, shops and restaurants are three minutes drive.
