The living area has vaulted Ceilings, ample and cozy lounge seating, a gas fireplace and large Smart TV. The California room is outfitted with plenty of lounge seating, a table for al fresco dining, a Smart TV, and a gas fireplace. The sizable kitchen features stainless steel appliances, plenty of counter space, and is outfitted with thoughtful essentials and small appliances perfect for an extended stay. The Master bedroom is outfitted with a King size bed and Smart TV. The ensuite bathroom has a beautiful large walk in shower with a built in bench and a double vanity. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen size bed as well as a separate bathroom with a walk in shower.
The backyard area is a private oasis with a gorgeous pool and spa with a tranquil water feature. The backyard has plenty of space for entertaining and is outfitted with a propane grill as well as another separate dining area.
Guests have full access to a spacious 2 car car garage as well as another separate gated front patio area.
This home is located on a quiet street in the "all ages" portion of the Trilogy community. This gated community has 24/7 Security and club amenities include tennis/pickleball courts, fitness center, resort/lap pools, spa, poker/billiards room, restaurant, art & culinary studios. Community features putting green, bocce ball court & large chess game area as well.
This property is only available for long term stays of 30 days or more.
Owner Utility Credit of $350/mo. The Renter is responsible for all utilities (Gas, Electric, Water) above the $350 monthly utility credit thereafter.
