The villa, covering 600 square meters, is composed of three separate buildings: the main house, a guesthouse block, and an additional guestroom located right by the sea. In total, the villa offers 12 bedrooms, including 8 individual bedrooms and two family rooms, each with two bedrooms.
The spacious living room enjoys a breathtaking view of the sea and surrounding mountains and is seamlessly connected to the dining area and the fully equipped kitchen. Outfitted with professional-grade appliances, the kitchen is ideal for preparing meals for large groups of up to thirty guests.
The villa’s outdoor spaces are designed to evoke the feeling of a private resort, with expansive terraces overlooking the Libyan Sea. Four pergola-shaded terraces with built-in sofas and large dining tables provide perfect settings for alfresco lunches in the shade or sunset dinners with unforgettable sea views. Two of these terraces feature BBQ areas, one of which is located right by the sea.
