Cleaning: Our cleaners are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations (doorknobs, surfaces, light switches, remote controls, tables, fan and lamp chains, thermostats etc). We’re always excited to host great people! – The Seacoast 2 Summit Team Guests have private access to the entire house, which consists of 3 apartments. Guests may access each unit via keyless entry using our smartlock technology. We will provide a unique code and instructions on use prior to your arrival. A car is needed to get to the property and nearby attractions. However - once here, simply walk across the street to the beach :) FYI, booking includes and is protected by our damage protection program. Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. Our property’s quiet hours are in place to ensure that everyone can enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep.
