Whether you’re visiting for adventure or a peaceful retreat, this home is the perfect base for your Northern Arizona experience *This home is equipped with central A/C and heating* The Space: *First Floor* -Living room -Kitchen -Dining area -Half bathroom -Primary bedroom: King bed, full bath, large tub, shower -Garage access -Back deck access *Second Floor* -Guest bedroom #1: Queen bed, desk w/ chair, closet -Guest bedroom #2: Full bed, chair, closet -Full hallway bath w/dual vanities -Laundry room *Backyard* -Hot tub -Propane grill -Outdoor seating -Fire table -Hammock Parking: Two small or one large vehicle can fit in the garage. There is space for a small car in the driveway. *NO* street parking Home policies: -No outside fires except for the gas firepit provided -No parties -No smoking ($500 fine) -We do allow pets for an additional fee (No cats). Our policy is "all-four-on-the-floor." No pets in beds or on furniture. Additional cleaning fees will be applied if violated. Sheets and bedding will be discarded and guests will be responsible for replacement if pet hair is found. Please make sure your pets are included in the reservation and the fee will automatically be applied to your stay. -There will be a fee applied if guests do not depart from the home on time. $30 for every 15 min past checkout time unless previously arranged with host -We are not responsible for left or lost items. If found we can return the items for the cost of shipping plus $50.00 flat rate fee. -Damaged items: If any item is damaged or stolen, guests will be responsible for the cost of replacement plus a $25.00 replacement fee. -There will be a refundable security deposit placed on your card three days prior to your stay. The security deposit will automatically be released after your stay upon inspection of the property. Guests have full access to the home with exception to a closet to keep supplies Guests are free to reach out anytime they please. We highly encourage guests to reach out if they have any questions or need help with anything. We will have some regular scheduled correspondence sent for important check-in and checkout info.
