Larger parties may rent these rooms to allow for accommodations for 8 additional guests. Please note that if you do not reserve these rooms, they may be rented by other guests. EVENTS: If booking a wedding or other event, there are additional fees that apply. Please contact us prior to making a reservation for more information. SUPPLIES PROVIDED: Fresh linens, bedding, towels, and essentials like paper towels, toilet paper, and soap. PET POLICY: Pets are not allowed in the lodge to preserve its charm. EXTRAS There is an additional to the crib Pack’n’Play in the ’Blue Room’ closet Extra Pack ’n Plays, High chairs, and air mattresses are available to rent for $40 per amenity. HOUSE RULES Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week No smoking allowed on the property to preserve its charm. This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adults maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property. Quiet hours are enforced from 9 PM to 9 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors. Noise Levels: Please keep noise levels low, especially in the evenings. Be considerate of the neighbors to maintain a serene atmosphere for everyone. Primary renters must be 25 years or older. A signed rental contract is required after reservation confirmation. Extra Pack ’n Plays, High chairs, and air mattresses are available to rent for $40 per amenity. Pets are not allowed in the lodge to preserve its charm. Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
