Spend leisurely afternoons lounging by the sparkling pool, basking in the warmth of the sun, or taking a refreshing dip to beat the heat. After a long day, cook a family meal on the BBQ Grill. The pool area has been designed to offer the utmost relaxation and fun, making it the perfect setting. If you’re feeling active, take on a game of darts or cornhole. Embrace luxury, comfort, and a sense of serenity in this remodeled ranch-style home, where every detail has been carefully considered to provide the ultimate vacation experience. If you create your reservation between the months of November 1st-May 1st pool heat will be included but the temperature is not guaranteed due to ambient weather temperature. If you book your reservations outside of these dates pool heat is optional and an additional $40/daily plus taxes. Home Rules *No pets allowed, we apologize! *Pack & Play and Highchairs - $40 each * Quiet hours 9 pm-9 am. * A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed. * This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property. *Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week. *Pool and landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the backyard *If you create your reservation between the months of November 1st-May 1st pool heat will be included but the temperature is not guaranteed due to ambient weather temperature. If you book your reservations outside of these dates pool heat is optional and an additional $40/daily plus taxes. *Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax *There is a late check out fee of $75.00 + tax if available, and authorized. *Early check-in IF available is $75.00 + tax Please note our policy for items left behind: We are happy to help return items left behind; however, due to logistics and the time required for our team to retrieve and drop off packages, a $25 handling fee plus the cost of shipping will be applied to any items sent back. We’d much rather you have your belongings with you! Thank you for doing a final "sweep" of the home before you depart. *We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to purchase these items. Thank you! May an amenity not work or fail during your stay we will do our best to make it right, and we can refund up to 10% of the affected nights to make it right.
