Equipped with all the amenities you might need, this apartment features an elevator to facilitate your access, a washing machine and iron to keep your clothes impeccable during your stay, and WiFi internet access so you can stay connected at all times. You will also find a television to relax after a long day in the city.
The American kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary for you to prepare your own meals and enjoy them in the cozy dining room. However, if you prefer to try the delicious Madrid cuisine, you will find a wide variety of restaurants and bars in the surrounding area to satisfy all your cravings.

For stays of 28 days or more, take into account the following information:
1. You must sign a temporary lease contract.
2. Utilities such as electricity, water, or gas combined will be covered up to a total of 150 EUR per month. Any excess will be charged through the resolution center once the invoices are available. Internet is free for all stays and will not be taken into account here.
3. You shall assume an additional fee for administrative services set at 200 EUR.
