The apartment is strategically located in a quiet, silent neighborhood but close to the most representative places in the city: You will be just a few minutes walking from the beautiful San Miguel park where you can read a book and enjoy the incredible city climate, a few meters away you will also find the magnificent Alcazaba of Malaga construction, the Picasso Museum in Malaga, the Cathedral, glass museum, the Roman theater or if you prefer romantic views you will find the Gibralfaro Castle with beautiful views of the city, additionally, you will have a variety of typical restaurants, museums, supermarkets and leisure areas just steps away that you will love.
The apartment is located north of the old town. Ideal for visiting the museums and attractions of the city. The nearest beach, Playa de la Malagueta, is about twenty minutes walking. Additionally, it is surrounded by restaurants, museums, supermarkets, and leisure areas.
The main points of interest will be just a few minutes walking, however, if you like to explore every corner and get to know the city more in-depth, Málaga has an extensive bus network and around the apartment you will find a variety of stations.
For stays of 28 days or more, take into account the following information:
1. You will need to sign a lease agreement.
2. Supplies such as electricity, water, and gas combined will be covered up to a total of 100 EUR per month. Any excess will be charged through the resolution center once the invoices are available. Internet is free for all stays and will not be taken into account here.
3. You shall assume an additional fee for administrative services set at 150 EUR.
In the event that an in-person Check In is required or requested, the charge would be:
